As part of a group of organisational coaches, user experience and service designers, I helped organise a series of design thinking workshops and networking events. The series focused on open innovation, sustainability, and Service Design (e.g. Fintech) and were local instalments of a worldwide initiative.
While the various creativity, sustainability and service jams took place once or twice each year over a weekend, the Service Design Drinks series took place bi-monthly during the workweek.
Bringing together dozens of participants of every walk of life and profession, I helped to teach design thinking methods. Providing those methods, I facilitated the development of ideas from ideation to prototyping in a time-boxed fashion, sometimes resulting in Shakespeare-like theatre plays and even functional pieces of software.
